Description:

We are looking for a Quantity Estimator to join our growing team renowned for timely and cost-effective deliveries of projects to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineer / QS / Interior Design – degree or diploma holders
• 5 to 7 years of experience in estimation for Dubai based interior firms
• Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS office (excel)
• Take off quantities from drawings and prepare cost proposals for projects within deadlines
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Capable of coordinating with specialist suppliers and subcontractors to get the best prices
• Capable of rate analysis towards building up a cost estimate
• Working knowledge of joinery, FLS and MEP estimation and pricing
