Description:
Looking for Person Incharge/Quality Control – Full time with the below qualifications;
Holding PIC (Person In charge level 3) from Dubai Municipality. At least 2 years in the food industry. (one year UAE experience).
Should be comfortable with shifting schedule, must be residing in UAE.
Good leadership skills, ability to communicate and delegate to others, enthusiasm to keep the store running through the night.
Ability to work under pressure, passion for retail, Able to work in a team, quick-thinker
Adaptable to work in all sections of a store, a good decision maker, ability to analyze sales figures.
Knowledge of retail law, security and health and safety.
