Quality Control Lab Technician Radiography

RESPONSIBILITIES

• ​Maintains and operates Radiography Testing machine for plastic products / parts dimension inspection as per Industrial standards.
• Monitor each stage of production for all shop processes using statistical analysis to make sure that machined parts are within tolerance limits.
• Check assembly, test and packaging processes and ensure they meet the established quality standards & requirements.
• Set up and perform quality tests on materials, parts, and products as per the quality standards and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure compliance to HACCP, SOP, AND QA programs during processing.
• Perform any other job/task assigned by the QA Executive to accomplish department objectives.
• Education/ Qualifications
• Engineering or Diploma in a Technical / Mechanical field.
• Special trainings in Plastic or Tool / Die / Mould making preferred.
• Must possess valid Radiography Testing Level-2 certification Experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Quality Lab Technician in a manufacturing industry preferably plastic.
