Description:

We are looking for Quality Control Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct incoming material inspections of fabrication parts, bought-out parts, and consumables.
• Perform in-process inspections of A.C installation jobs and pre-delivery inspections (PDI).
• Maintain line quality standards to meet specified requirements.
• Prepare rejection reports and analyze reasons for non-conformities.
• Investigate and analyze quality concerns reported from the field.
• Ensure strict adherence to Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Diploma or B.E in Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 5-10 years of relevant working experience in quality control.
• Certification: ISO 9001 certification is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Immediate Corrective Action (ICA), and Preventive Corrective Action (PCA).
• Familiarity with Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), 8D methodology, and other quality analysis reports.
• Knowledge of the 7 Quality Control Tools.
