Looking for a reliable Quality control Analyst to join for the team, who will be responsible for various quality control compliance review functions related to collection process.

• Track performance of individual and teams using a data centric approach. Works with management on employee coaching, training and development to enhance or correct the behaviors that leads to excellent customer service and enhance collection process.
• An Extensive knowledge and expertise required in multi-Products of financial services.
• Must be fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi.
• Candidates should have
• Having good knowledge of MIS , MS Office and databases
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidates having Bachelor’s degree will be preferred
