Description:

Royal Caviar Dubai – We are looking for a Quality Assurance officer with 3 or more years of Experience preferably in food or manufacturing industry. Should have the Knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Standards: Familiarity with food safety regulations, quality management systems, and industry standards such as HACCP, ISO 9001, GMP, and FDA regulations. Understanding and staying updated on relevant local and international regulations.

Job Responsibility:

• Develop and Implement Quality Assurance Systems: Establish and maintain quality assurance systems, policies, and procedures that comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. This may include developing quality manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control plans.
• Quality Control and Inspection: Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests to monitor product quality, process adherence, and compliance with quality standards.
• Document Control: Maintain and update relevant documentation, including quality records, inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans. Ensure that documents are properly controlled, organized, and easily accessible to authorized personnel.
• Corrective and Preventive Actions: Investigate and analyze non-conformities, customer complaints, and quality incidents to identify root causes. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address issues and prevent recurrence. Monitor the effectiveness of CAPAs and track their implementation.
• Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, procurement, and customer service, to resolve quality-related issues, implement quality improvements, and ensure consistent product quality.
