Quality Assistant Vacancy

1-2 years UAE Experience

B.sc Food Science / B. Tech food technology /Microbiology or Chemistry education is required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Main responsible in checking the quality of all products inside the store following HACCP standards and food safety standards.
• Check product quality upon dispatch and prepared for delivery Daily checking of the arrangement of shelves and storage, following food safety standards Daily wastage recording, reporting and disposal
• Check all HACCP requirements and standards are being followed
• Ability to handle the Supplier audits and Third-party Audits
• Knowledge of HACCP/ISO Documentation
• Handle the customer complaints and provide the training to the staffs

• Certifications: Haccp Level 3, Pic Level 2/3
