Description:

We’re looking for a hardworking and Qualified Accountant with work experience preferably in the Service Sector to work in one of our Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the office’s day to day accounting operations, monthly general ledger entries, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation of all accounting systems and records, including, but not limited to intercompany invoices and reconciliation, expenditures, inventory, assets etc.
• Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journals, cost center, and bank reconciliation etc.
• Maintain records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, coding and updating.
• Effectively and efficiently manage the company’s petty cash operations through proper inspection and payments of bills, receipts, and cash count.
• Financial statement preparation including TB, P&L, B/S and CFS.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings of accounts.
• Reconcile accounts payable & receivable and intercompany accounts.
• Prepare tax returns and audit financial transactions and documents.
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
• Comply with financial policies and statutory regulations.

Requirements

• Proactive, well organized and ability to work independently as well as in a team
• At least 2 years Work experience as an Accountant
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS standards and accounting policies.
• Expertise and Hands-on experience in Tally Erp9
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Understanding of GCC VAT law and KSA VAT
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
