1.    JOB: Qs/Estimation Engineer

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years UAE experience with estimating commercial/residential projects.
• Candy software knowledge (preferred).

Job description:

• Study and review the tender documents and send the queries to the employer or consultants if required.
• Preparation of bills of quantities.
• Managing full tender process.
• Accurately quantify the full scope of works.
• Separate the scope of work and send the enquiries to the suppliers and subcontractors to get the prices.
• Ensure that all items are priced with corresponding Supplier and Subcontractor Quotation.
• Price the BOQ based on the resources for each items.
• Responsible for the Submission of BOQ earlier than the Submission date to allow review.
