We are looking for a QHSE Manager based at Abu Dhabi.

Minimum 8 years of experience in Food manufacturing Industry.

Job responsibilities are

Quality Management:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system in adherence to ISO standards.
  • Formulate and update QHSE policies, ensuring alignment with international standards and industry best practices.
  • Conduct internal quality audits to assess compliance with QHSE policies and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures based on audit findings.
  • Oversee the documentation of QHSE policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Utilize SAP for tracking and analyzing quality data and metrics.

Health and Safety:

  • Develop and update health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with ISO 45001.
  • Prepare for and coordinate external health and safety audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to health and safety.
  • Conduct regular safety drills and emergency response exercises.
  • Maintain documentation of health and safety procedures and emergency response plans.
  • Integrate SAP for managing health and safety documentation and reporting.

Regulatory Compliance and ISO Standards:

  • Stay informed about updates to ISO standards relevant to the chocolate manufacturing industry.
  • Ensure the company’s compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Coordinate and facilitate external ISO certification audits.
  • Develop and maintain a system for tracking and addressing non-conformities identified during audits.
  • Leverage SAP for maintaining ISO documentation and managing audit-related data.

Testing and Inspection:

  • Develop and implement testing protocols based on international standards.
  • Oversee raw material inspections, documenting, and reporting findings.
  • Conduct final inspections, including lab test reports, stores rack, palletization, and packing inspections.
  • Verify percentages of rejection, hold, scrap, and delivery returns.
  • Maintains a sample checking process to ensure product quality.
