Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated QHSE Manager to oversee and enhance our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QHSE management within the catering or food industry and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor adherence to QHSE protocols.
  • Lead training programs to educate staff on quality, health, safety, and environmental practices.
  • Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and non-compliance issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of safety and quality.
  • Monitor and analyze QHSE performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into the company’s QHSE strategies.
  • Manage waste reduction, sustainability, and environmental impact initiatives.
  • Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and clients to ensure QHSE standards are met and exceeded.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in QHSE management, preferably in the catering or food industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of QHSE regulations and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in QHSE management software and tools.
  • Certification in QHSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000) is preferred.
