Hiring QHSE Manager with an Oil and Gas company in Dubai


  • Professional Experience for 10 + years from Oil & Gas industry.
  • Worked in a Certified Company for API Q1, ISO 9001:2015 as a QHSE Manager / QHSE Engineer
  • Experience in the area of API Audit facing – Mandatory
  • API 7-1 – Drill Stem Subs / Rotary Shouldered Connections
  • API 5CT – Pipe Threader
  • API 6A – Flanges / Tees & Crosses
  • API 16A – Adapters & Spools
  • Drill pipe and BHA Inspection (HWDP, DC, Drill Stem Subs etc., OCTG Inspection
  • Knowledge on Well Head Rig Handling Tools, TRS Tools, Fishing Tools, Stabilizers, Directional Drilling tools, Drilling Jars, RSS tools etc. Used in drilling industries

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead QA/QC function as QHSE Manager / MR
  • Develop, Implement, Maintain and updating of the company’s Quality & HSE Management Systems
  • Co-ordinate and face regular scheduled and unscheduled external and internal quality audits. (API, ISO, Customer Audits, Internal Audits, HAFZA Audits)
  • Responsible and accountable for all QAQC activities and QHSE Documentation
  • Administering company quality program in accordance with customer, National and International standards and company requirements.
  • Establish procedures for maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  • Facilitating the annual management review of the Quality System.
  • Reporting on the performance of the quality system for review and as a basis for improvement of the quality system.
  • Liaison with external parties on matters relating to the quality system.
  • Handling Customer Complaints and NCR Process
  • To Conduct internal audit as and when required as per company procedure
  • Suppliers Evaluation.
  • Organize and conduct QHSE Trainings for all Office staff & Workshop employees
  • Ensuring that all company staff are familiar with and understand such Procedures and / or Work Instructions.
  • Provision of first-aid facilities, safety signs, relevant protective clothing and equipment, and incident reporting to the relevant authorities
  • Liaison as necessary with other organizations and relevant authorities, and assistance and cooperation concerning audits and remedial actions
  • Determine and enforce through functional groups quality and safety requirements in accordance with the real company needs, based on current regulations
  • Ensuring Safety Health & Environment care in company
  • Investigating all matters concerning Health and Safety
