Location: Jebel Ali Freezone, Dubai, UAE

Industry: Liquid Detergents Manufacturing

Biotechnology International Plants is looking for a QC & R&D Assistant to join our growing team! This role involves supporting both Quality Control and Research & Development by ensuring high product standards and assisting in new formulation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct QC tests on raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and packaging materials
• Prepare samples as per project requirements for R&D and customer evaluations
• Maintain accurate documentation, test records, and lab reports
• Ensure compliance with industry and internal quality standards
• Report directly to the QC & R&D Manager
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams for product improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in QC/R&D (preferably in detergents, cosmetics, or chemical manufacturing)
• Proficiency in English (mandatory) – written and spoken
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in sample preparation and formulation testing is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 2,500 – 3,000 (depending on experience)
