We are hiring:

QC Multidiscipline inspector (Welding, Painting) for our facility at Jabil Ali, FZE, Dubai

Role Description – Qualification for (QC Multidiscipline Inspector) :

• Responsible for coordinating the implementation of the project inspection and test plans.
• Ensuring the adherence to the FTV Proclad’s QAP’s.
• Interact with construction Supervisors and Foremen to implement and coordinate the Project quality procedures/Plans.
• Coordinate on site control activities with construction personnel.
• Perform and/or arrange inspection and testing in accordance with the applicable inspection and test plan.
• Ensuring the relevant quality records are completed and submitted for inclusion in the quality records.
• Promote quality awareness with project personnel.
• Implement the project document control procedures.
• Control of non-conforming product, procedures and practices.
• Allocation, Monitoring and controlling activities of QC and NDT Inspectors.
• Carryout Inspection co-ordination with Client representative/TPI.
• Preparation of project quality documents and MDR.
• Carry out Calibration validation activities for welding machines.
• Any other duties as may be required by the Company.
• To advise management of the need to stop work to prevent significant nonconforming work being carried out.
• Operational experience in the application of quality control principles in the construction industry.
• Relevant technical qualifications in addition to diploma in mechanical/industrial engineering.
• Qualified as a Painting Inspector / welding inspector C-SWIP 3.1, BGAS Gr. 2 or NACE Level 2 or CWI in addition to NDT level II in four methods.
• Should have experience above five years in piping spools and pressure vessels fabrication (Mandatory)
