Description:

QC Lab Technician (Converting Section/Finishing House)

• Well knowledge of writing printing paper finishing house (converting section).
• Good knowledge of operating the cutting quality testing instruments & equipment’s like, micro fiche reader, dirt count, metric gauge etc.
• Well knowledge of paper cutting quality
• Good knowledge of packing quality like reams, cartons, wrapping etc.
• Well knowledge of reels at rewinder, folio, reel wrapper etc.
• Well knowledge of the MES system and SAP system.
• Lab Assets Management through CLRI and Maintain 5S in Laboratory.

QC Lab Technician (Final Paper Quality)

• Well knowledge the writing printing paper manufacturing process,
• Knowledge of basic laboratory instruments/equipment’s operations and internal calibrations.
• Should be able to ensure the quality of writing, printing, and offset paper physical and chemicals properties.
• Knowledge of marketing samples analysis and sample preparation.
• Well knowledge of the MES system
• Should be well versed in SAP system.
• Effective communication of quality deviations and first level decision.
• Lab Assets Management through CLRI and Maintain 5S in Laboratory.
