Hiring a QC Engineer

• Location – Dubai UAE.
• We are hiring a QC Engineer for our organization located in Dubai, UAE. Please apply only if you are qualified with the mentioned requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• Minimum 2-years’ experience in relevant field.
• Knowledge about Metals, Pipes, plates and their welding standards and fabrication procedures.
• Knowledge about Marine propulsion and machineries.
• Knowledge about various standards and tolerance.
• Knowledge about classification of ABS, DNV, BV and LR
• Knowledge about materials and combination and grade analysis.
• Experience in guiding production and operation.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills

Responsibilities and Duties.

• Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming raw materials.
• Take a thorough look at the plans, specifications, and blueprints to understand the product requirements.
• Reject all the incoming raw materials that fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest.
• Resolving quality-related issues and adhering to deadlines
• Providing training to the quality assurance team.
• Design an efficient design protocol that can be used across all domains.
• Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records.
• Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met.
• Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels.
• Monitor the production phase at various levels.
• Preferences.
• Candidates who have Marine experience will be preferred.
