Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
• Review project specifications, plans, and designs to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Conduct audits of processes and systems to identify areas of improvement and ensure adherence to internal and external quality guidelines.
• Ensure the project team is aware of the company’s quality policies and objectives.
• Maintain quality documentation, including QA manuals, procedure documents, and inspection records.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure they meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Perform routine inspections of work performed by subcontractors to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Test and verify the quality of raw materials and construction outputs, including physical and chemical properties.
• Record and document findings during inspections and tests to support compliance with quality control procedures.
• Identify any quality issues and collaborate with the team to take corrective actions to resolve problems.

Quality Reporting:

• Prepare quality reports and analysis to communicate findings, status, and issues to senior management
• Participate in project meetings to discuss quality performance and improvements.

Training and Awareness:

• Conduct training sessions for project teams and subcontractors on quality standards, processes, and inspections.
• Ensure all team members are familiar with quality assurance and control procedures, emphasizing safety and compliance.
