Hiring QA/QC Engineer (MEP)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 4,000 per month

Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure quality standards are met across all project phases and that all work complies with local regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor MEP quality assurance and quality control processes on-site.
- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations.
- Verify compliance with project specifications, drawings, and local regulations.
- Prepare and submit material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings for approval.
- Coordinate and oversee site inspections for various stages of work.
- Identify and resolve any quality issues promptly in coordination with the project team.
- Maintain detailed records of quality audits, inspections, and test results.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project managers to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-3 years of UAE experience in MEP construction or a related field.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi MEP codes and standards.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes for high-rise buildings, villas, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- ISO certification or similar quality management training.
- Experience with MEP installation, testing, and commissioning procedures, close out documentation.
