We are looking for a highly skilled Purchasing & Store Manager to oversee procurement and inventory operations, ensuring cost efficiency and seamless supply chain management for our dynamic kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing and inventory for both Front of House and Kitchen operations
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations
- Handle supplier relationships (cash/credit transactions), negotiations, and comparisons
- Prepare inventory reports and monitor stock levels to minimize wastage
- Support day-to-day purchasing needs and store operations
- Build and maintain an efficient supplier database
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in purchasing and inventory management within the restaurant/hospitality industry
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Understanding of fine dining kitchen operations and purchasing processes
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team and manage warehouse operations efficiently
- Must own a vehicle and be based in Sharjah (or willing to relocate)
