Description:
We are looking for a young, aggressive Purchasing Assistant for Oil & Gas Company, building materials trading or construction.
Purchasing Assistant responsibilities include researching new vendors, adding new items to existing product base, tracking orders and updating order records. We are looking for a candidate who are willing to work aggressively and desire growth.
2 or 3 years experienced in purchasing assistant role in Oil and Gas and Welding Industry.
Research potential vendors
Good Experience of welding consumables.
Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
Good Experience in Logistics. Advanced knowledge of Office Outlook, MS Excel
Good understanding of supply chain procedures, Inventory, storage and sales.
Must possess material knowledge for Welding materials, Machinery and General materials
Knowledge of market research, Google Engine online search,
Communicate clearly and effectively
Marketing and Sales Experience will added advantage.
UAE and India driver’s license is a must
Indian and Chinese male only
