Hiring Purchase Officer

For a General Trading Company (Building Materials Civil & Electrical Items), we are looking for building materials expert in indoor sales and procurement candidate with full knowledge of the UAE Building materials market who is capable to prepare quotations, LPO, Invoices, and dealings with the supplier and customers/contractors.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• The preparation and processing of quotations, LPO, invoices etc.
• Maintain the list of suppliers dealing with building materials and hardware with their market prices.
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
• Candidate Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer or similar role in building materials and hardware market in the UAE for 4 to 5 years
• Good knowledge of suppliers available in UAE dealing with building materials and hardware with their market price.
• Bachelor’s degree & basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Preferred)
• Driving license from the UAE would be an added advantage
• Good communication, interpersonal, negotiating, and analytical skills
• Should be fluent in English, Hindi, and Arabic.
