Hiring Purchase Assistant (UAE Experience In Interior Fit Out Only)

Location: Dubai

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, goods, and services required for our interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Procurement: Source and procure materials, goods, and services from suppliers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Purchase Order Management: Prepare, issue, and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Cost Control: Analyze and control costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and ensuring budget adherence.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that purchased materials, goods, and services meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, suppliers, and inventory.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the project management, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years (UAE EXP MUST) of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the interior fit-out or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
