Hiring Purchase Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will play a vital role in identifying potential suppliers, evaluating qualifications, and ensuring smooth communication with the Suppliers. Your responsibilities will include preparing purchase orders, negotiating price changes, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential suppliers, evaluating their qualifications
- Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding order status, product inquiries, and issue resolution
- Prepare purchase orders and contracts for approval
- Negotiate price changes with suppliers in response to significant cost fluctuations
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and update inventory levels
- Review contracts to ensure compliance with terms before signing
- Ensure adherence to purchasing procedures and best practices, complying with laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments for the procurement of specialized materials or equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree holder with 5 Years UAE Experience/ ERP Software Knowledge
- Proven experience in purchasing or related roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with purchasing procedures and regulations
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in record-keeping and inventory management
