Role Overview

The Affiliate/Publisher Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing high-quality publisher inventory, with a particular focus on email traffic. You’ll work closely with business development and account management teams to ensure supply channels meet demand, while optimizing performance and maintaining compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Acquire Supply: Source diverse, high-quality publisher inventory through channels like Email, Social, Display, and Google.
  • Negotiate and Manage Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, negotiating contracts and terms to maximize results.
  • Optimize Supply Chain: Monitor performance and continuously address bottlenecks to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure Compliance: Adhere to industry regulations and best practices to protect user privacy and maintain compliance.
  • Leverage Email Traffic: Utilize email traffic as a primary supply source, identifying ways to effectively monetize email inventory.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with business development and account managers to ensure supply aligns with client demand.
  • Proven experience and track record in affiliate/publisher management, with email traffic + relevant/ current book of business.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulations related to digital marketing and lead generation.
  • Ability to work in PST or EST time zones.
  • Fully remote position with flexibility.
