Hiring for PRO Public Relationship Officer in Dubai Location

Nationality: Any

Key Responsibilities include:

• Plan, direct and coordinate organization’s operations in line with new company setups, license renewal, compliance, and regulatory body approvals, including but not limited to new setups, conversions, and sponsored and non-sponsored clients.
• Work with Visa Operations department as a support mechanism when required, which would include but is not limited to sourcing information or also performing tasks on behalf of the department in departments such as MOL, Immigration and Freezones.
• Ensure that all company information is correctly updated into software when required.
• Liaise with line managers in support of the role and development of the department.
• Work towards developing more efficient and effects processes and controls.
• Updating and adhering to company policy in support of the software, timelines, processes, and procedures.
• Improve performance, productivity, and profitability
• Implement effective methods and strategies
• Staff / PRO management
