Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a dynamic and motivated UAE National to join our team as a Public Relations Officer (PRO). As a PRO, you will play a crucial role in representing our company and maintaining positive relationships with government authorities and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for government agencies and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with all government regulations and licensing requirements.
- Handle the processing and renewal of visas, permits, and licenses.
- Coordinate and manage the documentation required for official approvals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to PRO activities.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of government reports and documents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and relevant authorities.
- Keep abreast of changes in government regulations and communicate updates to the organization.
- Handle any other PRO-related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- UAE Nationality is mandatory for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and government regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
