Public Relations Officer Required
Collect and give regular updates on all labor and immigration standards from the Government offices to keep the HR office well informed of any changes in procedures and rules.
Knowledge about Mainland Companies, Free zone companies set up, Compliance procedure.
Responsible with the UAE Visas and Employment related matters such as employment permits, entry visas, medical examinations, Emirates ID Biometrics, residence visa applications and submissions, cancellations, entry-exit reports, and miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration Department, Ministry of Labor, and MOHRE.
Assure all business and trade Licenses are updated, and follow up on official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.
When the need arises, represent the company at different offices like Airport Embassies, Police Station, Ministries/Municipalities, and other Government Departments.
Respond/deal promptly and productively with general inquiries about PRO functions
Provide information and support to the HR department by making recommendations on best practices in order to make the process of getting residency permits faster and more efficient.
Perform any other tasks as per business needs / assigned by supervisor.
