Opening for Public Relations Officer for location Dubai.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinates with the HC Specialist on preparing all necessary paperwork for processing of residency visas and Tecom labor cards for employee and immediate family.
• Tracks all employee residency visas and labor cards and ensures that they are renewed on time.
• Assist expatriate hires with driver’s license, etc. by preparing all documentation and directing them to the appropriate government office.
• Ensures that the company trade license, Establishment card is up to date and all information is correct.
• Manage VFS appointments, staff medicals and all related attestations

 with subject line as “Integration Engineer”
