Description:

A Proposal Manager to work in the Middle East Bid Centre, supporting the Growth & Retention teams.

Your role will involve producing world-class, winning proposals in order to ensure we meet our ambitious grow targets.

You must have excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

About the Role

• Your role will involve producing world class, winning proposals in order to ensure we meet our ambitious Growth targets
• You will have excellent project management and copy writing skills with the ability to meet challenging deadlines
• The role is highly networked, with the need for strong people management skills, you will be process driven and zealous in ensuring compliance with RFP document and client specification, as well as self motivated, versatile and with a can do attitude
• Creativity is important as the majority of our bids are for catering services, which rely on high level of visual content and the ability to demonstrate our passion for food

Skill and Capabilities

• You must have excellent English , writing, editing and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
• Proficiency in MS word, power point and Excel, our preference is for someone whi can use adobe creative suite software (minimum in Design)
• Minimum apmp foundation certification preferred, if not currently certified, you will be keen to study  and apply for the exam within 6 months  of hire
• BSC Degree in English, journalism, history or relevant field, you can demonstrate a background, that requires strong English comprehension skills and the ability to summarize large volume of information
