Description:

We are looking for a process and Proposal Engineer for Water Bird Dubai, UAE.

Job purpose

To be the key point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing technical advice and introducing new products

Duties and responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand their processes and develop the best solutions for their requirements.
• Work with our sales team to professionally represent the company as a customer, gather data, and ask the right questions to define a project.
• Review of Tender documents on receipt to ensure their completeness
• Work with our engineers and designers to develop and quote cost-effective solutions.
• Recognize and understand the customer’s needs, make suggestions for possible solutions, and quickly develop budgetary numbers. Accuracy is essential.
• Typical applications are RO & Filtration plants..etc
• Cost analysis and estimating
• Accurately interpret client’s technical specification and produce a compliant technical proposal; offering more suitable alternatives where appropriate.
• Ensure proposals pricing and estimating are in line with the company’s agreed strategies on sales and marketing, charge-out rates and availability of engineering resource
• On a need basis, provide technical support to other departments within the organization.
• Additional duties may be assigned, as required

Requirements:

• BE Chemical/Mechanical Engineering & BE Environmental Engineering
• Minimum Experience: 1 year in RO, Filtration & WWT proposal preparation.
