Job Description:

Transparency Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. If you are passionate about real estate, have strong sales skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
Guide clients through the buying, selling, and investment process while providing expert advice on property options.
Conduct property viewings, market analysis, and comparative pricing to assist clients in decision-making.
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring a smooth and professional transaction process.
Maintain strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including new project launches, trends, and legal regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales or a strong sales background in a related industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong networking skills with the ability to generate leads and close deals.
Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, trends, and RERA regulations is a plus.
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
