Hiring Property Sales Consultant

Baroque Portal LLC is currently looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as Property Sales Consultants. This position offers a commission-based compensation structure with a competitive 50% commission rate. Ideal candidates should possess a thorough understanding of Dubai’s diverse communities to effectively assist clients in their property needs.

• Prospect potential clients interested in buying, selling, renting, or leasing properties in Dubai.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on property investment opportunities based on clients’ needs.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate prices, and facilitate agreements between buyers and sellers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements in Dubai.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property sales or real estate consultancy is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Dubai’s various residential and commercial communities.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport easily.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
• Valid UAE driving license is advantageous.
