Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Dubai real estate, specifically in off-plan projects.
• Languages: You should have Proficiency in any of these languages,s Preferred languages include : Russian, Chinese, Turkish, Italian, Spanish, French, Arabic, and Urdu/Hindi.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market, especially offplan properties.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other real estate management tools.
• Qualifications: Relevant real estate certifications and a valid RERA license.
• Personality: Professional, motivated, and customer-focused.
