Requirements and skills:

• 1 year experience in real estate
• English speaking is mandatory & other languages will be an advance
• Expert in secondary market sales
• Expert in off plan sales
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai and understanding of the legal aspects of transactions
• Continuous learning and development
• Finding, scouting, and identifying investors with property consultancy needs
• Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication
• Ability to build excellent customer relationships
• UAE driving license (preferable)
