Urban Signature Real Estate is looking for Experienced Property Consultants/Real Estate Agent to join our team.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of sales techniques with at least 6 months to 1 year in a sales role preferably within the UAE.
• Strong negotiation skills – experience in offering expert customer service.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Strong Sales Aptitude: Demonstrate excellent sales, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• UAE Valid Driving License (Preferred): Possessing a valid UAE driving license will be advantageous in this role.
• Proven Sales Experience: Showcase your track record of success as a salesperson, highlighting your achievements.
• Independent and interpersonally adept: Combine the ability to work autonomously with outstanding interpersonal skills, fostering fruitful client relationships.
• Must be presentable, have a professional attitude, and like to work as part of a team.
• Team player, Positive attitude, and Willing to work flexibly to provide the best service to the clients.
• Should be based in Dubai, UAE.
• Willing to join immediately.
• Languages: PreferredRussian / Chinese / Arabic / French / Persian Speakers.
