Hiring Property Consultant (Sales & Rental)
We are currently seeking a Dubai experienced Property Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales and customer service excellence in the real estate industry. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients and guiding them through the buying, selling or renting process. It is possible that the successful candidate may only have experience in either Sales or Rentals, in which case training will be provided as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new clients and build a strong network of leads
- Conduct property viewings and inspections with potential clients
- Negotiate and finalise contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and generate leads
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid UAE driving license
