Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced salesperson who will be responsible for sales and leasing of residential properties in prime locations in Dubai.

Optimum Vision Real Estate LLC is a real estate firm that specializes in residential sales, short and long-term leasing, and property management. The scope of the job is to primarily manage a portfolio of clients, as well as overseas investors.

The candidate will be involved in all aspects related to sales conversion and relationship building. She/he will work not only with clients but with referrals and other agents to build a strong contacts network and so ensure a high volume of sales transactions and repeat business.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Generating clients leads to buying, sell, and rent a property.
  • Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.
  • Showing properties and conducting presentations to potential buyers and renters.
  • Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
  • Market properties to possible buyers.
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties, verify them.
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listening services.
  • Build relationships with main developers, referral agents as well as other brokers.
  • Assume role of tracking the leads through a database, as well as monitor and track conversion rates.
  • Monitoring inventory for sales, rentals, and renewals.
  • Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services.
  • Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
  • Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts.
  • Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
  • Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals.

Requirements

  • The candidate is expected to have the following competencies:
  • Proven track of successful sales record.
  • Strong sales and communication skills.
  • Presentable and smart.
  • Pleasant and trustworthy.
  • MS Office familiarity.
  • Knowledge of all real estate is essential.
  • Excellent communication and self-management skills.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Real Estate is a must.
  • Self-driven and ambitious attitude.
  • Driving license.

License/Certification:

  • UAE driving license and a car (Preferred)
