We Are Hiring Property Consultant, join us at Al Ruwad Real Estate and be part of our team!
We are looking for candidates with prior experience of dealing with high net-worth individuals and have good contacts to sell the properties based in U.A.E
Prefer candidates with direct sales experience not customer service, handling inquiries from prospective buyers
Qualifying clients and conducting viewings, negotiating deals between the 2 parties
Advising clients on current market trends, advice clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
A successful and proven sales track record, excellent written and spoken English (Arabic is an advantage), ability to achieve sales target and work independently.
Good presentation, negotiating and networking skills, self-driven and demonstrable experience in generating leads and converting them
UAE driving license mandatory, previous RERA training and certificate is an advantage
