Description:

APG is urgently hiring a Project Model Manager in Abu Dhabi office.

The PMM acts as the BIM Manager of the project while he is responsible for the overall BIM project setup and management of all models created for the project.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with the Model Managers.
• Act as lead point of contact for BIM related issues within the project BIM team (including sub-consultants) and manage collaboration between all parties.
• Lead the process of BIM project BEP development as per Client requirements and ensure completeness and accuracy of BEP.
• Manage compliance with the approved BEP.
• Determine the project BIM geo-reference points and assure all technical discipline models are properly referenced.
• Lead meetings with CMMs (Consultant Model Managers) and project BIM team.
• Assemble composite design model for coordination meetings.
• Facilitate use of composite design models in design coordination / clash detection meetings and generate detection reports by the identification and resolution of hard and soft clashes within the BIM models.
• Perform Design Model reviews to test design in compliance with functionality and constructability requirements.
• Coordinate with project BIM team to assure creation of required BIM deliverables at each deliverable stage and final project turnover.
• Facilitate the transfer of information as per the file sharing exchange protocol.

Requirements:

• Must have 18+ years UAE experience working on projects.
• Strong communicator, collaborative, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Personal possesses leadership ability.
• Good written and verbal communicator.
