Job Description:
Purpose:
Drive, execute and manage activities related to the planning, coordination, implementation, maintenance, and support of transactional and product systems related to the Treasury LOB and its technology ecosystem. The partner will provide day-to-day support to various users and customers within the Treasury landscape and other relevant systems and is expected to monitor and schedule activities to investigate, track, and resolve incidents and fulfill requests and system changes within the required service level targets.
Scope of Work:
- Develop, document, and implement solutions relevant to the Quantum Treasury platform and its surrounding ecosystem including various interfaces with other systems.
- Own, manage and resolve incidents related to the platform in cooperation with Technology teams, partners and business stakeholders.
- Ensure incidents, problems and risks related to the system are properly documented including Root Cause Analysis and lessons learned as required.
- Develop and maintain documentation relevant to the system, its use, administration and support including HLD, LLD, architecture diagrams, DFD, integration points, operational manuals, SOPs, etc.
- Review and perform technical and functional support activities for the Treasury application including configuration, administration, and maintenance and change control.
- Plan, schedule, and drive remediation activities in support of the platform and its business requirements.
- Review and participate in Disaster Recovery planning, development and testing activities related to the platform and its ecosystem.
- Plan, schedule, test and implement fixes and patches as required to ensure the stability and protection of the environment.
- Identify end-user and customer needs with regards to the Treasury platform, its products and services and ensure the platform meets those requirements.
- Proactively work to reduce the number of incidents relevant to the platform.
- Evaluate and continuously enhance operational processes related to the platform to better manage risks and maintain consistency and stability of operations.
- Provide relevant support to other relevant teams, projects and activities in relation to the Treasury platform as required
