We are currently looking for a Project Manager / Engineer
Principal Purpose of the Position:
The principal purpose of the Project Manager in SITE construction is to oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also maintaining a strong focus on safety and client satisfaction. The Project Manager is the leading of project success, responsible for guiding the project from inception to completion while effectively managing resources, risks, and communication with all stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of the construction project from planning to completion.
- Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor progress and address any issues or delays.
- Lead project meetings and report on project status to senior management.
- Provide effective leadership and mentorship to the project team.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
