Description:

Hiring Project Manager

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Dubai/UAE in Building Maintenance/Construction Industry.

Knowledge in Construction Chemical.

Experience in Epoxy Coating is a must.

Experience in Concrete Rehabilitation is essential.

Good in technical documentation.

Excellent communication skills.

Fluent in Arabic

Duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall monitoring of installation activities with all assigned sites.
• Monitor feedback from customer to measure their satisfaction level with company services.
• Should lead the entire installation team & technicians, monitor their daily progress, delays, etc.
• Create and submit estimate reports or bids to appropriate persons (project managers, clients, bidding competitions, etc.)
• Coordinates and monitors with subcontractors for their daily construction activities and their obligations and liaison with subcontractors.
• Checks the quality of all the materials received on site and prepare quality reports, defects, if any.
• Efficient usage of materials to minimize wastage and supervise materials storage area.
• Provide consultation on planning (schedules, manpower needs, etc.)
