Hiring Project Manager – Solar Panel System Installation
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of solar panel systems, including ground mount systems and other types of installations. This role requires a strong background in project management, renewable energy, and solar panel systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage solar panel system installation projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the installation team.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry standards. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing solar panel system installation projects, particularly ground mount systems.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy technologies and industry best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
