Description:
Looking for Project Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE
Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Domain Knowledge: Building Management System, Security System (CCTV and ACS), Intelligent Lighting Management System, other ELV systems such as Intercom, Structured Cabling etc.
Strong knowledge of industry fundamentals and business operations; Excellent contracting skills; An understanding of job financial reports and the ability to apply these in managing assigned projects; Strong leadership, listening, verbal and written communication skills.
8 to 10 years of experience with PMP Certification and ability to manage multiple large-scale projects.
Electrical, System Integration, Access Control, Surveillance, Data Center & ELV Background/Experience.
