Hiring Project Manager for Dubai Branch

One of the leading Interior Fit-out companies in UAE. Currently looking for a Project Manager with Fit-Out and Joinery experience who can join in our Dubai Office.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of interior fit-out processes and techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A relevant postgraduate degree or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Projects Manager or similar role, mandatory in interior fit-out projects.
• In-depth knowledge of interior fitout processes, materials, and construction techniques.
• Strong project management skills, including project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
