Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for managing customer applications delivery, enhancing digital and cloud transformation, optimizing IT infrastructure and services, and providing IT consulting services. They will also be responsible for ensuring the stability of critical applications through change and release management, and developing innovative support offerings for customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage application customer needs and penetrate new opportunities to achieve significant increase department revenue or decrease in customer OPEX.
- And project management leading to growth, reduced risk, and value enhancement.
- Organize, streamline and strengthen IT operations, identifying inefficient processes and implementing reliable and cost-effective solutions to improve quality and ensure timely delivery of support services and deliverables.
- Provide management leadership in the design, development, and delivery of technology-enabled applications, products, and services within a computing systems environment.
- Manage the implementation of Enterprise content management solutions (IBM FileNet).
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing customer applications delivery, enhancing digital and cloud transformation, optimizing IT infrastructure and services, and providing IT consulting services.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to define scope, budget, schedule, priorities, and risk.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
