Hiring Project Manager

𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

• Minimum of 4 years UAE Experience in Interior fit-out
• Valid UAE driving license
• Should be familiar with TRAKHEES, DM, DCD, DDA and other authority approval processes
• Should have minimum G+1 DM license
• Should have managed multiple projects at one time, right from the conceptualization stage thru execution and completion
• Need to have experience of Microsoft Projects & should possess good communication skills along with valid UAE Driver’s License

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Project progress monitoring, site management, manpower planning & liaising with consultants & contractors
• Evaluating Designs; coordinate with Consultants and Sub contractors for changes in the same
• Availing approvals from relevant authorities
• Planning time & resources, scheduling the activities, updating actual progress, analyzing variance, forecasting weekly & monthly resource requirements etc.
• Monitoring/discussing project status during project review meetings.
