Position: Project Interior Designer (Conceptualization, Presentations, Mood Boards, Renderings)
Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE
Salary: Dependent on experience

Requirements:
- Design Concept Development: Collaborate with clients to develop design concepts that meet their aesthetic and functional needs.
- Mood Boards & Presentations: Create compelling mood boards and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Rendering: Produce high-quality 3D renderings for client presentations and project approvals.
- Design Management: Oversee the entire design process, ensuring that deadlines are met and the design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Material Selection: Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings in line with the project’s budget and design aesthetic.
- Coordination with Project Team: Work closely with the project engineer and contractors to ensure that design specifications are followed during execution.
- Client Communication: Present designs to clients and gather feedback to refine design details.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in design management, with a focus on interior fit-outs and joineries.
- Expertise in design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3D Max, V-Ray, Photoshop).
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating experience with high-end interiors and custom joinery works.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
