Description:

We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our Project Management Team in the UAE. The PE should work alongside with the project leaders to ensure the successful completion of the project. Engineer with more than 5 years of experience in the Façade industry.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Preparing scheduled updates of construction activities and analysis of manpower and equipment required
• Active involvement with the physical construction and monitoring progress of works
• Coordinating and adequately supervising the laborers, installation sub-contractors, and materials
• Following up on budgets, schedules, project database oversight, and reporting regularly to supervisors to keep him/her constantly informed of job progress, plans and problems that could affect costs and schedules
• Controlling the quality of pre-installation and finished works
• Enforcing the company Safety Policy and Personal Protective Equipment to maintain a safe working environment
• Creating drawings used in design and construction
• Organizing all installation drawings and ensuring sufficient information is contained within, prior to issuing sets to the subcontractors and/or site supervisors
• Recording and maintaining all project submissions, correspondence and drawings
• Maintaining the site Files
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Engineering
• Experience in the façade industry is mandatory
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the same industry
• Ability to work systematically and in an organized manner
• Ability to produce timely concise and clear reports
