Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will independently manage a portfolio of projects through all design phases, ensuring successful delivery and contributing significantly to our firm’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead and oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring optimal performance.
- Design Oversight: Ensure design integrity and alignment with client requirements throughout all project phases.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with senior management to optimize overall firm performance and operational efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in project management, preferably within the architecture or related industry.
- Education: Degree in Architecture or a related field; advanced qualifications are advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Navisworks), and strong familiarity with design software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Adobe InDesign).
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, manage resources effectively, and drive project success.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
